I don't think it's to much but I think it's too often. I go with a little more but every 10 days or so. More like 600 to 700. My nuts get full and I'm horny as hell with about 180 mgs of test E per week.

I mix it with a b12 ampule that comes with the hcg for a total of 2000ius I basically split it in 3 doses for the next 4 weeks but not more. Sometimes the nips will get a little itchy but it subsides in a day. Probably from elevated estrogen levels, but I'm on low trt so I don't bother with any A1 unless I blast.

Sub Q with a slin pin.

So if you watch the video, he adds 5ML of bac water to the 5000 IU HCG.
This equates to 1000 IU for each ML
So, each ML (or cc same thing) is equal to 1000 IU.
So if you wanted to inject 500 IU you would do 1/2 cc in the syringe.

Just trying to clarify it for you. Some have a bit of a hard time understanding how it works when mixing and how much to draw. But it is very simple.

When you are on TRT 500 twice a week is the max you should use
when you are not taking any test you con incrise hcg to 2000IU
but for most of guys 1000IU eod is enough without TRT

To HCG desensitizing the testicles? Do they normalize again over time? I find it hard to believe its permanent.

stick with 500iu per week if you are doing a maintenance protocol.

1000iu HCG ed or eod is too much. stand protocol on HRT is 250iu x2 Qweekly, too much HCG impacts leydig cells desensitizes. 1000iu maybe for Pct that is coming off test and not to start until 2-3 weeks after last long ester test injection
