Well obviously you have to let it thaw out before you can inject it. Just roll it around between your fingers for a few min. and it will be ready to go.

Also, before you freeze them make sure you pull the plunger back a bit to leave some room for expansion of the fluid as it freezes.

I don't think you can, but I don't know for sure.
