hcg question

i received 2 small amps, the first is 1 ml of pregynl (5000 iu's)
the second is one ml solution. my question is since it is supposed to be 5000 iu's of pregynl, do i need 4ml more solution? once i have combined both what should i combine them in?

Just add the amp with water to the amp with the powder.
The water I beleive is 1ml so On an insulin pin AFTER mixed every 10iu will Now be 500iu of HCG.

As far as storing it what Ive done in the past is After you mix it Draw it all
(now mixed) into a 3cc syringe...Cap it and keep in the fridge.
Then draw as needed with an insulin pin from the little hole in the 3cc pin.

I usually have some sterile vials laying around and I transfer HCG into those. I wouldn't use the solution that came with Pregnyl HCG. I forget what solution it is without looking it up, but it will last much less than BW. Get some BW, if you don't have it already, and dilute with that.

I know today is Sunday an Fathers day But would you care to look that up sometime when you get a chance? Thats the first Ive heard of that.
Ive always just used what comes in the boxes with them and had real good results. Good for appx 30 days after mixed is what Ive always been told.

I believe the liquid that comes with Pregnyl HCG ampules is sterile water. In general, sterile water does not keep as good as BW. Will it keep 2-4 weeks, maybe. I've read couple of times that it has to do with keeping HCG 'active'. Not sure how much of it is true, but I rather err on the safe side.

The good for 30 days has been true for BW. My HRT doc, I hear he's supposed to be pretty good, told me not to buy into that 30 day thing. It's more marketing than anything. I should have no problem using HCG for 90 days. Somewhere else I've read that at some point there might be a bit of degradation, but it is very gradual. So, I'm sticking with my 90 day protocol.

I've used the 2000IU vials within 3 weeks, 5000IU vials within 7 weeks, and soon will use the 10000IU vials and will use them within 14 weeks or so. I'm doing 350IUx2wk on the advice of my HRT doc as we are trying for another child. Sometimes I use extra to time the sex.
