HCG question

hey guys,
this will be my first time running HCG and i def felt i was struggle after my last cycle during PCT..
i'll be running..
Test cyp 600mg/wk wk 1-12
anadrol 50-100mg/day wk 1-4

Is 500-700iu / wk of HCG would be good dosage and start from week 1 or starting at around week 4 till week 14 right before pct?

And which would be more idea AI letro or arimidex during cycle?

Post up some stats and previous cycle history. I would start HCG at week 4 at 500iu's e5d till your last test pin. I wouldn't during PCT, that'll fuck your recovery up IMO. For that cycle use adex at .25 ed if you start seeing sides or are holding water. Whats your PCT look like?

clomid 100/100/50/50
IGF 80mcg PWO

how much of Bac water you use to mix with HCG?
its 5000iu vial and some ppl say get a 10ml sterile vial and add either 5 or 10ml of bac water which is 10ml = 500iu/ml and 5ml = 1000iu/ml.. Is it ok to just add 1ml of bac water into hcg vial? and make 0.1(10line)= 500iu?

It'd be much easier for you to measure if you were to use 5ml of bac water to reconstitute your HCG. Use it at 250iu/2XWK on cycle until your last week of pinning. It's not wise to use it during PCT.

ur math is correct. I'd go with 5ml of BW.

I'd also start week 3 or 4 some say 250iu every 4th day, others will say 500iu every 4-5th day.

Adex is preferred .5 - .25 ED , unless u can get aromasin (I've read that is superior...also superior to nolva for PCT). (12.5mgs ED during cycle.)
