I wanna run 500 ius a week threw my next cycle. First question is is 500 a week good or do 250 iu every week. Second question is do i need bac water or can i use sterile water.. thanks for ur time guys

i would do 500mcg A DAY. mid cycle for a week to 10 days

then again for PCT, if that your thing

thats what I would do



any water will do
i use just sterile
