Dry it is good in the freezer for probably a year but at room temp I suspect it may not be. It is generally not to expensive so I would consider getting some new. Once mixed it is only good for a month in the frig.
the vials should have expiration dates on them, its really easy to get pharma HCG from all the indian pharmacies, never a problem with shipping into the US

I know this is the general thought, but just to play devil's advocate, on my very first cycle I was using hcg 250ius 2X a week, and I did it from a vial that had 10,000ius total, so it lasted me through 3 months + PCT. My boys stayed full as ever the entire time. To be fair I've never cycled without HCG, so maybe through some strange genetic gift I don't naturally experience testicular atrophy (seems very unlikely), but assuming that isn't true it appears my reconstitutes HCG lasted for a good 4 months. PCT seemed like a breeze. I was using BAC Water for the reconstitution.
Reconstitute and check with a home pregnancy test.
Most pregnancy test will detect a minimum of hCG at or around 6.5 mIU/ml +/-. Which is pretty miniscule. This won't tell you how much it's degraded if it comes back positive, yet it will let you know there's still polypeptide activity.
Edit: for future reference, you can freeze preloaded slin pins of reconstituted hCG. I do this with every vial I mix up. There's different lines of thought on degradation once reconstituted of 30 to 60 days with BA water. By freezing preloads, you take the guess work out of it.
