HCG?

In Big A's growth principles for beginners he says to use HCG at 5000IU's every four weeks, my question is how to take it? Should you take the whole 5000IU in one shot or break it up throughout the week? Also should you shoot it IM or SubQ? I've heard of people doing it both ways.

I plan to take mine here in about 3 weeks , I'm gonna shoot 500iu's every second day for 3 weeks , at that time I will have been on winstrol only for 5 weeks at 50mg/ed and at the end of the HCG and winstrol I plan to startb the clomid.

I believe it's been answered by Big A himself somewhere at the thread. I'd do 500iu daily for 10 days once a month or something like that. Around 300iu 2x a week is what I've been doing lately with good results.
IM or SubQ doesn't really matter. I'll do IM if I have no slin pins available.
