looks like a really nice training, very similar to DC however
-1 compound exercise per bodypart,
-same split - UPPER BODY / LOWER BODY + biceps
-you deload every 4th week
-advocates the importance of strength gains to hypertrophy
-high frequency
-..
you just don't go to failure and you don't do extreme stretches
any thoughts ?
