HDL of 6 after cycle?

Following my 8 week cycle of only 300 test and 400 tren I've had bloods done. Not had them for a few years before and I'm quite concerned:

HDL 8
LDL. 204

I wasn t taking any health supplements during the cycle.
 
You should start looking for heart health supplements. Full blood tests should be done before and after a cycle so you arrange your panels before starting and at the end to see and arrange again your values. Safety in this game is number one. Don't start a cycle if your blood tests are out of range. There are a lot of answers in this forum if you search for your problem. That's my two cents.
 
It's hard to give you a lot of advice without previous bloods or other cycle information. IF (emphasis on if) your lipids were normal before the cycle and you are off now your HDL will likely shoot up and your LDL will likely come down...quickly. Most docs will tell you not much will happen in 4-8 weeks but that is nonsense. If you are clean now I'd eat healthy with a stable diet for 6 weeks and then re-test your lipid panel.

Certainly there are a lot of supplements that can support this but I'd really focus on a diet heavy on fruits and vegetables and adding some cardio and see how things look in 4-6 weeks.

That is a hell of a hit for a cycle that surely isn't small but also isn't anything out of this world. You will likely need to pay attention to your lipids moving forward and choose drugs, a diet, and your goals wisely so that you stay healthy.

My man, you need to start taking your health more seriously. How old are you?
 
What does your diet look like? Do you eat a lot of simple sugars? Do you drink?
 
To start, stay off the gear or go low dose test. And up your veggies and cardio a lot.
 
If you are serious about getting your lipids fixed, see below:

Krill Oil: 6 grams a day (2g 3x/day with meals)
Citrus Bergmont: 1000mg AM
Jarrow Red Yeast Rice Extract 1 cap, 2x a day
Pantethine: 450mg (2x a day with meals)
Beta Sisterol: 2 grams (1 gram 2x a day with meals)
NOW Syntriniol 1cap 2x a day
Cardarine 20mg/day
 
They’ll probably improve on their own with a true TRT dosage but adding supplements to help would certainly be more helpful, along with a nutrient dense diet.
 
Diet, cardio, and health base supplements should get you heading in the right direction. Don’t be afraid of doing cardio. As others mention, limit sugar and cut back
On gear dose.

I agree on limiting your sugar, and I've seen a nice drop in LDL with the following changes:

two servings of oatmeal ~5X per week
Added nearly 1 serving of walnuts with my oatmeal
increase bean consumption to two cans (3 servings per cans) per week

And for raising your HDL, my HDL follows the amount of miles I walk each week. It's time consuming, but if you can find a couple of good podcasts or audio books, walking one hour per day would IMO improve your lipids fairly significantly.
