So today is arm day and everythings going to plan until im doing barbell curls, im pushing myself to absolute failure as i do with everything. Im giving it everething ive got to get just one more rep out and i can feel the pressure building in my arms head and it feels as if every muscle in my body is working to get that last rep...
Then as ive almost completed the rep i feel a pop in the back of my head, i had to drop the bar the pain was that bad. I sat down feeling sick and dizzy, i cut short my training as the pain in my head was to much.. Its now several hours later and ive still got this dull pain towards the back of my head..
Anyone ever experience this??? Or know wtf's going on????
