Headaches on low carbs ?

Not necessarily low carbs, but when I go from eating whatever to eating extremely clean I ALWAYS get headaches for a week or two. So does my old lady. Don't know why exactly but we kinda figured it was a result of our body detoxing from all the bad shit we'd been eating for so long.

I've heard of this theory. Interesting one. I've never feeled the similar by myself, but i assume that this is possible.

a wheat and sugar "addiction" takes a couple weeks to break- if that is the cause they will go away.

in all probability this is a large part of what you are suffering with.

you could trytaking a D2 agonist.

carbs/insulin response bangs away at dopamine, do something else to mimic this and should help with your headaches.
