headaches

i just started test cyp on monday 200mg shot..first ever.. shot went well into my outer quad... it feels like someone punched me in the leg and is pretty sore but no redness or bruisning... i can deal with this but evert since my shot ie felt a little queezy and have a headche... is this normal? is it just my body getting used to whats going on... its kind of un settling.. i took my bp... and it was a little high but nothing ive never seen before...can anyone help?
