no i believe they have similar laws to the states. actually not too long ago i was reading about a major aas bust down there

I lived there for about a year 15 years ago.
It's a US territory and I doubt you'll be able to find any aas there unless you know someone there that has it.
They have rite aid and cvs if you have a script.
