Hey, Meredith deadlifted 275lbs the other day and squatted 225 x 4 reps! She's not doing much cardio..just focusing on putting on some muscle. I think I talked her out of competing for a year, so she can get all freaky! lol.

She's started to call herself HMB. That's right HugeMeredithBerthelson!!

She's even started to refer to herself in the third person. It's glorious!
