i know there are a million articles out there, but i would like your real world opinion and experience. i have been struggling with pain from many different areas and its been pretty consistent joint and tendon stuff and i have become very frustrated and almost to the point of giving up. I do jiu jitsu and lift so basically i do two a days and i know its hard on my body but i know its possible as lots of people do it.
i plan on using my first run with kefeis at 4iu a day, 5 days a week. right now i have two kits to just give it a go. if i like it and figure its worth the money i will buy more. What can i honestly expect from recovery and injury healing? btw i only purchased them originally months ago for the fatloss and general use, but am just curious about the other side of them.
