Healing peptides while breast feeding

My wife had issues with tearing after birth 8 wks ago and the healing has been slow and frustrating for her and I would like to help if possible. Is tb500 and or bpc safe while breastfeeding? I figured I would ask here as I can’t exactly ask a doctor.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
