Health Supps and water retention/Pre contest

Hey Guys,

12 Days out right now and not sure what i should drop just to be safe. If anyone has any input would be much appreciated.

Trying to determine if any of the following cause additional water retention or could affect peaking in any way.

Curcumin BCM-95
Hawthrone berry
Solary kidney blend
Ubiquinal
Multivitamin
liv52
NAC
Digestive enzymes
Magnesium
D3
Cla
Vitamin C
L carnitine
Lecithen
Alfalfa
Grape Seed Extract
Zinc

Astaxanathin
Saw Palmetto

You may actually gain water if you drop some things... I see no need to stop them. Vitamin c can actually be used in high doses to help with diuresis (http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/articles-forum/3680-water-loss-w-no-drugs.html)

That thread has some solid info on using herbs, minerals, can and water manipulation to get dry as a bone without using diuretics...

Really good point to clarify and something i should have said in my original post...i want to make sure i do not remove anything either that could rebound into water retention.

In general i planned on keeping just about everything in, just wanted to check on any big NO NO's im not aware of.
