Ingredients:
12 oz. Lean Turkey Mince
2/3 cup quick oats
1/2 cup chopped onions - small dice
1 egg whites
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup broccoli florets
6 tbsp. plain bread crumbs - you can use Wholemeal Breadcrumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook or blanch broccoli in small pot of boiling water. Blanch means half cooking it the Broccoli. Place in a large mixing bowl with the oats, onions, egg white, salt & pepper. Add Lean Turkey Mince & water. Mix well with hands. Spray a small loaf pan with extra virgin olive oil spray or macadamia nut oil. Place the mixture in the loaf pan & put in the oven. Bake for 50 minutes. After removing from oven, let stand for 15 minutes before removing from pan & slicing.
