Can anyone recommend a Healthy diet plan?

What foods should i eat daily?

Is milk 1% Healthy? Or Skim milk?

I know fruits and vegetables are healthy.

What about eggs? Should i eat Eggwhite or whole eggs?

Should i remove beef from my diet and replace it with chicken/White fish?

The reason i ask is because ive been following a low carb diet for about 10 years.

I got a blood test and it say my Testosterone is low, But my Estrogen is also low.

I read low carb diet Affect testosterone levels.

Im noticing joint pain. And some other symptoms.

Im just clueless about What is a Healthy diet is.

Caused by age, you should change your training system and maybe take in more healthy fats.

man im not trying to be a dick, but you were here awhile back talking about achieving tt levels of 1000 thru diet, and you post all over the place talking about force feeding eggs and beef, now you are wondering if it is healthy?

I dont know.

Im just wondering if drinking milk is healthy.

Some people i know say too not drink any milk.

My doctor say to drink 1% milk and skim milk.

He want me on a High Carb,Medium protein, low fat diet. Im following High protein,Medium fats, low carb diet.

Also i got joint pain in the elbows, it make a crack sound.:confused:

Im used to eat low carb for 10 years now.

When you go too restaurant, Its all high carb meal without enough protein.

I loose alot of size when i dont eat enough protein from whole eggs and beef.

My doctor say: Look at you, Look at your size. But he say that eating whole eggs and beef daily is not good, because of the saturated fat in them.

He said saturated fat cause hearth dicease.

I told him im on a low carb diet, He said people need alot of carbohydrates too have energy and be healthy with low fat intake.

I agree with him on the fruits and vegetables. But he want me to lower my protein intake. He said you dont need to eat that much protein.

At the same time i loose size very easy if i dont eat enough protein daily, i think its because of the Low carb diet, Protein is sparing muscle tissue, beacause i dont eat alot of carbs. Carbs are protein sparing so by being on a low carb diet, i need to ensure i eat high protein daily.

About Elbow joint pain. What could cause this? Is it just old age?

I used to lift very heavy on Bench press.

Should i lower the weight and do more high reps, feeling the muscle more with less poundage?

Your losing size on a low carb diet, not because of lowering the carbs but because you are not increasing your fats. Look at pictures of B-Boy. He eats ZERO Carbs, lots of fats, moderate protein and is a beast.

What are good fat source?

I mainly eat whole eggs and ground beef. Which have fats in them.

How do i increase Fat? I cant eat butter out of the spoon?

when u go to a restaurant u can always ask for an extra chicken breast or fish filet.

stick to chines restaurants, vietnamese or even chhipotle they alwasy have white rice and steamed chicken with veggies its easy to eat out "healthy"


well eating whole eggs and redmeat is 10 times better than eating a burger and mcdonalds,

obviously nothing in excess is healthy, but i rather eat 2 lbs of steak with a dozen of free range eggs than a McDonalds burger
 
His doctor is not totally wrong.

He said to eat like this.

Example for breakfast:
-1 glass of orange juice
-oatmeal with skim milk

Chicken + rice + Brocolli

White fish + potatoes + Brocolli

High carb , Carbs higher than protein and low fat for the meals.

No beef, No whole eggs. Replace with Chicken, White fish, Skim milk.

Basically a Low fat diet.

He said High Carbohydrates from grains, and very low fat intake = Healthy diet.

I am 45 yrs old and this is how i eat. My body has never felt better, my bloods are on point and i look way above the average gym rat (When i feel like being strict/consistent). I also use intermittent fasting and stop eating at 8pm and my first meal is at noon the next day (Black Coffee and water, only, all morning). I am fairly lactose intolerant as well as VERY gluten intolerant.

NOON:
4 whole farm raised eggs scrambled with 1 cup of egg whites and turkey sausage, maybe a small bit of cheese, 1/2 of an avocado.

Couple hours later:
Either a protein shake with 2 scoops of egg white protein powder, shaker full of non sweet almond milk and 2 spoon fulls of peanut butter......Or a chicken breast, veggies and 1/2 avocado.

Night supper:
chicken, grass fed beef or fish with veggies and probably 1/2 avocado.

At my age, i dont need as much food as i did when i was pounding the weights at 25. My body also hates carbs and if i eliminate them, i dont get heartburn at all but if i eat any carbs i get horrible heartburn. Protein and fats are essential but carbs are not.

How long have you been using gear? Its not uncommon to f-up your natural test levels if you have been using gear for 10 years+..

If your loosing weight, it because your not eating enough. Or you recently came off cycle recenly?

You train heavy during workouts?
I usually get joint pain when i go off cycle and try to keep gains and lift heavy. Theres just no support for it and muscles will fade away and put more stress on joints and ligaments.
One of the reasons i cruise for the last year. Feels much better on low dose test year round. Im 32yo.. been cycling for 10 years+, takes it toll on the body..
