Heart attack at 34 y/o

Wow, that's fantastic! You must have not had a blockage as bad as mine. I'm glad to hear your ejection fraction is up to 67%. Simply incredible! I wasn't so lucky. Mine gets a little worse each year as the scar tissue continues to evolve.
Thanks bro ,today i was talk with my friend who is my cardiolog to see me in one month ,i want to start my last tren run for 8 weeks first time try acetate 50 mg with npp 50 mg same first time and with 75 mg susta 3 times Per week with 4-5 ui hgh (UG but rise my igf-1 with 3 ui from 90 to 268) ,my last cycle i try hgh for the first time and i was wooow ( i have a bunch of hgh and steroids 😂) after 40 years the only thing i want to take is small dose test and a 10-12 weeks with 200 deca or maste ,1-2 times year maybe with 3-4 ui gh ,so on my next heart control i want to see how my heart is on this cycle ...
 
I live in Bucuresti. Plan to travel Transylvania on my motorcycle this summer. A few things I see in gyms here. Number 1, people smoke cigarettes outside the gyms then go train. Number 2, because it is very easy to get steroids here and from the pharmacy, lots of guys juice and lots don't come off. I think they just didn't have a good wake up call like you and tend to think they are invincible. Number 3 is lots eat crappy diets and drink lots of alcohol. Combine these three and you have a dangerous cocktail.

I agree about the health care here, if you want good health care, you have to pay for it. The generic health care they give you is just that, so you are not going to get too many specialists, like hormone replacement.

The supplements you are taking are fine. Nattokinase is good for thinning blood. You could add more veggies and fruits in your diet. Not hard to eat organic and healthy in Romania if you want too

IMO, you should only take a true hrt dose of test. 100 mg per week for most. Look up Emeric on here for daily injections if you don't mind that.

Last year i was running 250 test cyp with 200 tren e split in two shoots ,all my bloodwork came back normal and my heart at eco doppler looks perfect ,this year i was planing to run it for the last time at 150 mg week ,clean my diet as much as posibile keep my blood presure in range a plan to check my bloodwork 4 weeks in and my anual heart check ,thanks for your good advice ,i will post here all my blood work maybe im lucky ,I don't know if you understand me, I think that something deep inside me wants to prove that it doesn't give up so easily and fuck that tren bitch for the last time ...

Yeah you have 100 % right about bad habits that romanian bodybuilders have. I just recived my order for nattokinase ,i read a good book 300 pages abouth heart health and they praise for nattokinase and a few other supplements .

Do you run high doses cycle after first heart scare ?? I read some study that low dose hgh may help and speed heart recovery after a heart attack ,same with trt may help after stent implant ,how much and for how long do you run hgh and your cycles ,i hope you dont mind for asking so many questions..

I went back on steroids low dose, and then being ok for about 1 year ,I slowly took more and eventually got up higher. It's a slippery slope, and hard to resist temptation. I too had a big supply of gear. I literally flushed it all down the toilet after my heart attack. Must have had about 100 vials plus GH.

GH I took only while on cycle and I think the dose was about 3 or 4 iu per day. With low dose insulin. On cycle for about 10 weeks, and then cruising at the end. At first I'd get off and go clean, but later I abandoned that and went to cruising.

Thanks for the reply ,I was affraid of insulin and not use it ,and for the cruise i never cruise and always stay off for at least 4-5 months (pct with time off complety) and only for the last 10 years my cycles ramp up from 8-10 weeks to 12-16 weeks maxim ,my biggest cycle was at 25 years old 500 mg test e pharma grade x 2 times week so one gram total for 8 weeks with 50 mg d bol for the first 4 weeks , and for the last 10 years ussualy run 500 mg test with 400 deca and 30-40 dbol kickstart first 4 weeks tren as i sayd i think i run 6-7 cycles total 400 mg tren e 8-10 weeks and the one last year of 200 mg tren e ,i dont know if is in my head but after 37 years when i come off after pct my libido is non existent and cialis or Viagra are ussles my free test is 14 range 1-28 the doc tell me at my age is normal 10-12...after 40 years old i think i will try something like 20 mg ed or 80 mg e4d being off complety i think i will do more harm than good my morning blood sugar start to rise at 100 from 60-70 on cycle ...

Curious as to what other heart health supplements, aside from nattokinase, are mentioned in that book.
 
And something i forget to mention i always gain at least 20 lbs ,alot of water and fat i know now from shit diet, and lost all of my gains after time off ,so this big fluctuation of weight i dont think is something good for the heart
 
When did you start checking your blood pressure? Also from what I understand you have been using gear for so many years but never actually checked your blood pressure on a regular basis nor have you had a heart echo and so on at least once yearly before your heart attack, is that right?
Anyway, great to hear you recovered pretty well but be careful with the gear. You only got this one heart and its already sending you certain warnings.

Agreed. I think TRT with maybe very low dose GH would be the way to go. If 100% wanting to up that, going 300-400mg test would be more than enough or maybe adding 200mg of primo to that TRT instead. This already would be more than needed. Sticking to TRT + low dose GH + good clean diet + hard training is probably what I'd do.

There's a fairly large guy at my gym does the same thing. Smokes a cigarette and drinks a red bull as he sits in his car waiting for the gym to open. Coarse he is a strange individual from the start anyway.

There was a husband and wife couple that lifted at my gym. I once saw them riding their bicycles to the gym, nice and healthy alternative to driving. The funny thing, they were both smoking while they were riding.

Well I have a confession. Back in the day I also smoked BUT only after my workouts. Lol ... Actually what caused me to stop amongst many reasons I developed tendonosis not tendinitis in my right bicep. Tendonosis is much worst where the tendon can be permanently frayed and damaged. smoking is detrimental to tendons. dries them out destroys collagen....

So did the tendon issue recover ?

I saw those two cycling and smoking back around 1998 or so. I still remember it.
