Heart flutters from ashwaghanda?

Trying to nail down the source of these heart flutters I’ve been having… only on trt and they’ve started relatively recently.

Only changes I’ve made to my regime recently are added ashwaghanda and increased my omega 3 dose.

Anyone ever experience heart palps on ashwaghanda?

Never…I take 4 grams a day to help manage stress and lesson cortisol. I work in a high pressure, high stress job so I take a few other natural supps to help manage stress overloads.

Any other diet or workout changes? Even new trt dose or new script?

Blood work may help. It’s not a typical E2 side but everyone reacts different.

I am on thyroid medication though, and I’m wondering if the introduction of the ashwaghanda is putting me hyperthyroid

I’ve ran T3 cycles and once I hit the 75-100mcg mark my heart flutters every once and a while.

I don’t understand how Ashwagandha could have that impact on you?

Simply drop it and see how you feel in a few days and that may paint a better picture for ya.

I did some research, looks like ashwaghanda can positively impact thyroid function. That + the extra thyroid medication I’m taking is my only guess
I’m pretty sensitive to hyperthyroid state personally. Even 50mcg t3 I’ll flutter.

Looks like the half-life is 3 days. I just took it before getting into bed tonight not thinking, so I’ll wait about a week and see how I feel without it I guess.
