how much does AAS effect your heart? is it entirley dose dependent?
can someone taking HRT have a negative impact on their heart from testosterone or does it have to be a BIG dose.

of all the possible side effects, the ones to ur heart are the ones that scare me the most.

It takes exactly 101,978mg of test to effect your heart and that is only if you are 195lbs. If you weigh more then it is going to take 102,564mgs.

Bro, that is like asking when you are going to die. No one knows. AAS could destroy your heart upon the first shot, or the millionth. AAS can never even affect your heart either. Its a gamble. You could die in a car accident tomorrow as well. Who knows. If you get on steroids just keep the visit with your doctor regular.

Why so much concern with your heart though and not any other organs? Do you have a heart problem you know about? If that is the case I wouldn't take the risk.

I may be wrong here, if so please someone correct me. I always thought that steroids never messed with your heart. I do know they raise blood pressure and can affect your choletsterol level which can have a negative impact on your heart. If you keep all of that in check you should have no problem. But I am not a medical proffesional so don't take my word for it.

not only do steroids raise blood pressure, increase cholesterol, it also effects heart muscle growth. Intense weight training alone has shown to increase the diameter of the left venticle. With the use of muscular anabolic drugs this only increases. I believe someone here not too long ago had info that AAS in conjunction with GH has shown the greatest amount of heart growth compared to without.

Most bodybuildersdeaths are heartrelated.
So steroidabuse for years... can affect your heart , but also
the kidneys, prostate, liver, ... some people have stronger organs then other, and can take more gear then others, but sooner or later, they will pay the price.
I have the biggest respect for the pro's, they risk there life, for bodybuilding.
And that makes them hero's to me... they even look like hero's , lol

I don't think you are a hero if you dare to take more juice than the average people. But let me tell you this, I have juiced for over 20 years. I have been to a cardiologist just 3 weeks ago and the Dr checked me out real good. Lots of Ecg's and echo (dont know if these are the proper english words

)
Anyway everything is ok and he said not to worrie. He says he doesnt relate anabolics with heart disease or even a thickened heart. You just have to have bad luck........

How does your cycles look like? Do you use the time on = time off rule? Or do you take more rest, or less?

I never do over 1400-1500 mg a week. Base is always Test 1000mg and some Deca, Primo or Boldone. Never orals, they give me stomach acid and sleeping problems. In the winter I do 8-10 weeks, in the summer I do 16-20 weeks depends how I'm feeling. In between I'm on 250mg of Test ALL the time.
On Dr. presription (HRT) so no need for pct

So your saying youve been on Test for 20 years straight?! How does the low dose effect you natural testosterone production? I would think one's balls would be atrophied to the size of a cherry.

The HRT I'm doing is since the last 5 years.
The years before that I did 2 or 3 cycles a year like everybody including pct enz.
My nuts aren't big but they don't get smaller either. I took the advice from guys on this board and recently I started doing 500 IU of HCG twice a week and I think they are growing a bit

BTW I dont have much natural test production anymore thats the reason my Dr put me on HRT.

This is probably the side effect that affects EVERYONE - to varying degrees.

Testetorone,
I belive that lower testetorone levels is the reasen that live longer than men, and men live longer than bodybuilders.
So yes I think that even TRP have an efekt.
Hovewer life is not about kvantety only, kualety also counts
