Heart pounding from easy exercise

Hey guys,

I took some time off and just came back. Since coming back my heart has been pounding hard and fast from easy exercise.

For example: started my workout will pull ups and after third set I didn't feel winded but I could feel my heart beating out of my chest and also beating really fast. I had to sit and take deep breaths for a few minutes.

I'm on 500mg test a week and 10mg aromasin.

I have quite a bit of coffee/green tea ever day.

Am I just out of shape or any ideas what could be going on?

Been on for a few months my break from working out was only 3 weeks
 
Usually a pounding chest is from high BP. Now you said you drink a lot of caffeine and green tea, that could be it ? Are you taking a pre-wo ?
Did you gain weight over the last 3 weeks ?

I personally would keep an eye on it and if it doesn't subside I would go see the Dr. anything heart related is not something to be procrastinating with.

Hard to say without a workup. We could assume a few things nevertheless, such as secondary polycthemia, erythrocytosis, magnesium insufficiency/deficiency, iron deficiency (with or without anemia), folate/B12 deficiency. Or cardiovascular related. Or it could be the stims? Or could it be exercise induced asthma? <---doubtful, although?

There's a laundry list of things can cause tachycardia (if you're in tach), palpitations, arrhythmia.

Have you had any phlebotomies, or use long-term metformin? Are you on BP meds?
 
What's your RBC count look like.When my blood was thick,got winded fast along with fatigue.
 
I got blood work done not long ago. Everything looked good but hct was a lil high and I actually just donated blood a few days ago. Also bp was a lil high as well...Been monitoring it everyday and using carditone it's down to normal.

I don't take preworkouts.

I'll try cutting back the caffeine see if that helps

Get in shape with out using 500mg per week, and don`t use more than 100mg caffeine before training, and take 200mg CoQ10 with 100mg Fulvic acid 30 minutes before training to increase ATP.
 
I was having the same issue, I took magnesium citrate and all sides subsided pretty quickly. This is a problem with people that are on a keto style diet. I wasn't a huge fan of vitamins/minerals but now I'm a believer!
