HeartBurns from Gh

I have been getting heartburns for some time now. I have been using pharma (Nordic) Gh 4iu I.M all a long (since Dec).
I have started my contest prep 3 to 4 weeks ago, (no carbs just a small plate of salad)
Few weeks ago I was late for work so forgot to take my Gh on empty stomach I.M in the morning. That day went smooth. No heartburns what so ever.

Last week I added 2.5iu of generic and the hearturns got worse. So I decided to try skipping the Gh for one day to see what will happen and again no heart burn at all.
So today I took all my Gh Subq cause the heartburns were really bad. The burning sensation went down significantly to even none.

Is the there any relation between I.M Gh and heartburns?
I read a lot but never read or heard about something like that.

I don't have a problem with GH but tren or deca gives me heartburn are you taking one of those?
And how bad is it can it be controlled say with a few tumms or rolaids?

yes I am using Tren but how come the days when I didnt take the Gh, i was fine.

i just dont want it to develop to something bigger like an ulcer or something
