Just wanted to know if anybody has tried this with success? So for the heavy weeks i will do no more then 5 reps which will help the strength gains then the light week will be no less than 10 reps.
OR should it be Light one week heavy the next?
any help would be appreciated.
My problem is i find my self lifting the same week to week not making much strength or size gains. diet is right on it is training.
