Hello PM,
I wanted to share some pictures from my competition this past weekend at the NPC Winter Classic in Bloomington, IL. To give a back story to my past, I have been involved in lifting/competing since late 90s. My BB competitive history is more limited and this was my third show. The last time I stepped on stage was at 32 years old in 2015. Since that time I was involved in a motorcycle accident in 2019 that left me with 16 broken bones and many imitations. Fast forward 5 years and I have done my best to rehab myself back into shape. I places 2/10 in masters 40-50 and 6/10 in open heavyweight. Since I have had limited time to add size and train effectively the past 5 years, my plan this offseason is to recoup my past size and some. I was on the lower end of the heaviest and next year my plan is to fully fill out into the HW class.
