Heinz.. i always wish you the best.. things are reallycoming together for you.. and all you have to do is.. keep doing what you know needs to be done..

Competing to place well in the sport means you have to have the look that the judges want to see..

And like with myself.. i cant keep showing up the same.. they want to see more..

more muscle... more condition, more improvements...

I got a good wake up call this year myself and it taught me that i have to step it up ..

The competition surely has gotten better.... so.. you have to improve with it...

I know your hungry too... not for food but for a good placing... Finish this thing strong brother and go out there and do it!

Some of the clients pass me their good energy and make me feel great forgeting i am tired and hungry, some others makes me feel that i dont want to be there anymore and just take my car and leave...they drain all my energy, you know what i am talking about...


a 45 year old rich girl getting divorce and paying me for therapy, and i get dizzy hearing all the things the guy does to her


....lol...part of the job but it is nice when you can eat so you just advice the girl or whatever coments you can make when you are happy with your stomach full...right.

You know I always do my best.
You never know what the judges want. Lady year at the sacramento show was this guy adorphus cherry, great physique but flat, no conditioning at all, no legs and baby hams and glutes, soft as well. He got a place better than people than deserved better, I I don't believe as politics, it was just the day
