What ever happened to it???...it was a big idea a few years ago i believe..and i took a hiatus from the boards and now i never hear about it!!! It looks like there is limited info on it here, but far more than anywhere else...is there somethin wrong with it..SUPER DANGEROUS or somethin??? I always heard it was ideal for spot injecting into fat to sort of "spot reduce"...any info from any of you guys???

Also ya so im trying to cut the lower back and oblique FAT down but do not wanna competition cut!!!...this is my problem..because for me to get the fat off in that area I have to comp. cut and I wanna cut it down but keep everything else where it is. My only hope was the helios

Mesotherapy and liposuction are the only ways to target bf reduction. Don't buy into the helios hype. Injecting clen and yohimbine have no advantage over injesting it orally.
