I realize this is an older thread, but i will give it a bump up and see what others have thought of Helios as well. I couldn't help myself but jump on the $15 offer over at GWP (BTW, Although I can't give my review in the sponsor section, I am a HUGE fan of GWP, amazing service).

Took my first injection today, starting light at .5ml and will go up to 1.0 tomorrow.

Helios worked really well for me.. I tried out a vial and i was bulking. Didnt change my diet... STill lost BF percentage... Noticeable change.. I used Oxide brand (i know they are shut down now)
I know A few bodybuilders who are currently using helios for show prep, Its working fantastic. (yes they are using other stuff too)

If i would have actually tried cutting and used a diet of course it would have worked better.

I've used it for the last 3 days at .5ml and its good. Very strong, even at half the dose. Highly recommend it!

One shot or spliting it up?

Just one shot in the morning, I'm new to clen so I've been keeping it low but I'm about to go up to the full dose of 1ml. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to do it all in the morning or split doses. Any advice?
