I'm lifting weights since I was a teenager ( 14 years old) and I'm still crazy about it!

For my stats:
I'm 39 years old , 5.67 feet and ~210 lbs ( bulking ) and ~190 lbs on the picts I've posted.
Bench press : my best stat is 353 lbs for one rep .
squat : 463 lbs for 6 reps
My bench press is not really impressive, I shall like improving it but I was hurt on numerous occasions in shoulders and my performances quickly fall on this movement when I'm not in shape .
For squat, no prob, I return very fast to my best level and I think I can improve it easily in the future.

Thanks Creed! I'm planning two bulking cycles until next summer . the first one will start this september for 10 or 12 weeks, and after a break of one or two months I'll go for the second one until may or june .
No contest for now, my job don't really let me the time...I work on weekend from time to time and it could be difficult to manage contest days.

Thanks Chris! I'm a great fan of the 70's and 80's look , Mentzer was an incredible champion! I still have a long way to do to look like theses BB icons, but Thanks for the compliment!
