Hello All
This seems like an amazing forum. Looking forward to participating and learning alot and sharing the few cents I have as well.
Hope to get to over 250 + lbs in the few years and soak up as much info and tips as I can from here. Thanks a tonne to the IFBB pros here . Your pics and achievements speak volumes and look forward to hearing from you guys /ladies. I m sure I will be hooked on this forum!
