Hello I am not new but I haven't been on here for 3 years or so old name was Army guy...Anyway my question is I am thinking about getting an online trainer but I want to know if they are worth it in people's opinions on here. I have worked out and on and off and sometimes religiously for 10 years now. Stopping when I've had surgeries and kids. I am retired now so I want to keep myself in shape and really in better shape than I was as I am 41 now. Any thoughts on online trainers and who I can go to? Thanks brothers

That's what I'm afraid of. Just don't want to spend a bunch of money and they talk to you for a few weeks and then forget about you. If someone can PM me a reputable one or in the public forum I would appreciate it.

If you don't know what you are doing diet wise it is a game changer. It was for me anyway, I've learned a lot. We can only recommend the trainers who are sponsors here. Just research them and see if they are in your price range for starters.
