Exercises

Hello,
I do chinups (my favourite exercise) and light dumbell exercises.
The curl photo is an old POLAROID one (see colour of moustache)
and the chinup photo an OLYMPUS 3020 digital photo.

That's great man! Most guys half your age wouldn't even attempt a pull up. You look like you're in great shape. Plus I love the intense look in your eye's in the last to images you put up!

When doing pullups or chinups it helps a lot when your bodyweight is low; mine is only 135 lbs.
