so ive known this girl for a few years, and the other day she asks me about training her. ive helped alot of my male friends with training and diet, and ive helped a few female friends lose weight but im unsure how to help this girl achieve her goals.
she's a beautiful girl but she feels like her legs and butt are too skinny, and to be honest i agree (of course i didnt tell her that). she is about 5'2" and 105 pounds. she says that she has been eating as much as she can but hasnt even touched a weight. she is scared of looking buff .
just hoping you guys and gals could give me some good advice to pass along with regards to training and diet for her. also, what kind of expectations should i set for her? i want her to be motivated and realistic about results. i mean, i know squats completely transformed my lower body but wasnt sure how that works for a female. wasnt sure if i should tell her to expect more tone or if "beefing" up her lower body is a realistic goal.
