help asap please

ok guys look i really need some info here NO i did not research anything before posting this up i came HERE for the answer... look i just got 10 dvds in production of gp cyp......... any way... all but 2 of my dvds have this GEL like inside my dvd at the bottom... i shake the dvd and it does break up but its kinda cloudy also... ive nver seen this bf i just fixed myself a cocktail and wanted to know what u guys think of this

Heat it up under very hot tap water or in a pan of almost boiling water. Once it reaches temp - shake and see if that helps. MrCyp doesn't like cold weather...
