hey ladies..

i have a very attractive friend with a great body that wants to trim up "her" problem area which she feels is here midsection...and its not even that bad.....i believe shes about a size 6, and can wear a 26 jean or so

shes about 5'7"ish and 153lb.....

my problem is, i really have no idea what a womans food intake should be, how many meals per day......shes trying to train 5x week...doesnt want to use any fat burners....l

I'd liek to help her achieve her goals.....she just wants to be tighter

shes a traveling rehab therapist, so on the road all day...so im thinking quick and easy...


ANY TIPS WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!

I would say she has to do cardio to lose the fat but I would have to she her food intake to comment.
 
Same diet as we do,just different ratios and quantity's.
 
What diet? You mean no sugar, low carbs, high protein? 6 meals per day etc?
I would say to tighten up to do some cardio for 45 min 4-5 times per week keeping the heart rate around 110 bpm as any more than that you are burning muscle not fat.
 
Food Log

Ask her to keep a 100% accurate food log and share it with you. Often that is enough, because people hate having to write down junk food intake so they avoid it. She just wants to tone up right? Tell her to be patient, and to stick with it, recognizing that her diet will not be clean every day.
