crossing into Mexico is not hard actually and u wont need tons of money but US - Mexico have a deal - u get caught there they ll ship u here to authorities....a lot of countries dont have such deal with US. IdK about US but European gangster are hiding in south African Republic and can't get deported some Asian countries etc...but it does take a lot of money for fake ids and somebody helping you cross. But not everybody gets banned form leaving the country while awaiting trial....if u look at FRI most wanted site - monthly figures - a shit lot of ppl are wanted - for fleeing to avoid prosecution for murder, money laundering, trafficking and what not....and especially for ppl who have dual citizenship - forget about it. Mine European passport has a different spelling on my name , still has fingerprints, but not sure how many countries will ask for ur finger prints upon entering....

The guy going in is really religious and owns his own company, so he has had no exposure to these kinds of people. The public has been vilifying him as being a rich guy that gets away with murder. I hope he does ok. Maybe he has had some advice from his lawyers etc about what to expect. It is only 90 days but it will probably seem a lot longer to him. The grand jury indicted him for a felony which would have been 5 years but his lawyer had him plea guilty so it was only max of 6 months.

not all county jails are as fucked up as the OKC one (literally rated the worse at that time - 2008) , 23hrs a day lockdown, with 1hr on the block watching Jerry Springer and, complete disregard for ppl with medical conditions, who are on blood-pressure meds or anti depressants or whatever ( this happened to a friend who was 100% innocent and they denied any medications to him...he has a heart condition and bad panic attacks, in some county jails in the states they are in gen pop almost all day...The OKC county was so bad, the Federal government took over it a few years later....just imagine the scenario that happened to my buddy ( a 40y old guy, It director of OK heart hospital, never been arrested) - gf tries to commit a suicide, he brings her unconscious to ER, doctor notices some bruises on her legs and call cops,a rookie ass asks my friend how was their relationship going and friend extremely shocked from what was happening says - not so good. Cop informs him he has a reasonable doubt to charge him with domestic violence, while frisking him, finds a Xanax pill, (for which he had RX , but he took a a cpl in his pocket without the bottle because afraid he ll get a panic attack, gets charged with that too. on the way to the county, stupid rookie jerkoff drives on icy road with 60 and crashes on the highway. My friend got concision and huge dark spots around his eyes for weeks, but they just do a cat scan on head and clear him. That s how he enters a cell, without his heart med, BP meds, his xanax med and his anti depressant med. He doesn't know if his gf is still alive or if he s gonna lose his job, he cant. He cant get a hold of anybody on hone. and is kept there for a week. U have to see a judge n a video call to set bail or no bail within 48hrs but he cant remember if he saw one, because of his head injury. For the next 4 years he is suing the PD for the wreck and and false acquisitions, and all he got is some money to cover medical expenses. During the first six months till awaiting court date for the domestic violence charge - cops constantly reach his gf while he is not home and try to persuade her to admit he was abusing her - which has never happened, I was living with the for awhile , he s not the type of guy would ever hit a person...My point - it can happen to anyone - just out of ignorance - in this case a s semi-retarded cop from a small city PD where every body gets hired with connection only....

My other buddy was a guard at Louisiana State Penn and actually worked on death row. He told me a story about a prisoner who went to the chair but something went wrong at the execution and he took a while to go. He also said an inmate he believed was innocent was executed but had mystical powers to heal sick people and transfer his thoughts to others through hand to hand contact

I think the guy should work on high rep low weight for rock hard muscle & speed/endurance cardio. Lean, hard amd fast is deceptive and useful vs big as fk but can't use it.
So I would get some LGI secreteabridge (helps you harden up real good and decent part of a natty pct) and Adam multi-vitamin by now Foods and my pct product that's all natty and works like a champ (multiple bloodwork to prove it)- or another pct product to get that natty test going again. One with bulbine in it. That increases test and lowers estro if you dose it right. Just do some research so you know how to dose it properly and pair it with DHEA and zinc and that's a pretty cheap pct/natty cycle. DHEA & zinc- 7$ each fro, Walmart, call it 15. LGI Secreteabridge- 30$? Bulbine by sns 30ish? 75$ and he'd be feeling great and could stretch that to two months if you took weekends off and staggered dosing of things properly. Best I can do.

dude, I got family there, SAR is a former British/Dutch colony...it s kinda like Australia, besides natives are black not Aborigines, past 10 years crime rate went up, but u can live absolutely fine as in any western country...great place for surfing too...that s probably the only country in Africa that i d feel safe if i go there..the minute a crime happens - their police comes with bullet proof vehicles looking like US green berets, more than half of the population there is probably white - dutch , brit ascendants...

8 weeks isn’t much time to prepare for anything as far as muscle mass, plus with a five year run I’d be a total waste; not so for a 6 month federal boot camp.

Forget the Krav, 8 weeks isn’t enough time to be anywhere proficient enough. Get into an MMA gym with a primary emphasis on BJJ, 3 - 5 times a week and you’ll have some very basic skills, much more so than anyone untrained.

Word travels fast, shoot an acceptable double leg, side control, then follow with full mount pounding and you’ll make an impression.

Armbars and Kimuras are great, I love them, but you have to commit and to be honest I’m not sure that I could run one all the way through.

bro you have no idea what I've been going through... I have been to the site multiple times and say a prayer to him I was screaming for him when the cops got there an ambulance got there the trying hold on I actually have PTSD and night terrors about the accident so I went to start to seeing a shrink he put me on all these types of antidepressants and if I could trade spots with the kid I wouldn't a heartbeat I really do it has been such a burden on my whole family especially my fiance because of the fact of I leave the house for a couple months after the accident a lot of things I am scared of now or have anxiety I should say very bad I don't like to drive I don't like to do some other things I basically sit at home and don't do anything up until October right after I got my sentencing date so I feel so bad because I've lost my best friend right after high school from suicide he jumped in front of a train but besides that a lot of problems that I had to overcome in this past year because financially I don't make enough money for a lawyer that wants at least 20,000 down to see my case and I told him before even cook we're going to start that I could pay him a certain amount every week before cart Court would start and he would probably have at least 15,000 before the case even started going on and then I would have went to trial but they all want money up front and then I had to deal with the public defender who was just looking to make a plea deal the whole time and I made sure because the family came in every time at the courtroom when the case was up that I had my public defender apologize and say some things on my behalf about trading places with him he had his whole life in front of him there's not a day where I don't think about that so if you think that I don't care I'm sorry that I didn't mention it before but I really do I'm a human being and being stuck in the truck next to somebody who's bleeding internally and tries to say something and blood comes out of their mouth and then takes a breath and that was it the paramedics right away just threw a blanket over them and I'm telling him to do something you got to do something and I'm screaming his name to try and keep him alert I'm full of his blood it was very traumatic and with the night terrors I wake up at least 3 times a week that used to be every night I would only get 2 hours of sleep cuz I'd be scared to go to sleep because of having the night terrors but my psychiatrist is tapering me off of the antidepressant I'm on and what other medications he has me on also... I was just wondering the main question was should I take a quick low test and proviron for a few weeks I'm not trying to build a big muscle or anything I blew up from 170 to 210 lb and it's alright in my stomach so I'd like to get back into shape big time that's why I'm joining a boxing class doing a lot of cardio changing my diet and I just really want to have sex with my fiance as much as I can before I go away that was the part that I was trying to get at since I came off I just started my PCT mid-april or beginning of April I'm sorry and took my PCT until June it was about eight weeks at their PCT 4 and I haven't been having any sex drive or anything at all I can be hard and then go limp it's very weird I've never had this problem before also I've never came off before I haven't touched any anabolics since April and have taken Cialis Viagra and still won't happen so that's why I have to wait until November to get my blood work done and see a doctor because that's what my new insurance kicks in also I was just wondering if anybody had any I suggestions or anything about what I just said since I am going away for 5 years so that's what the post was about was any what they thought about a cycle or just even a bottle of test probe and then PCT right to it and be taking proviron the whole time I don't know I'm not in an expert with anabolics I'm probably mediocre-at-best so I use talk to text so I'm sorry about my grammar and periods and everything it's just my phone doesn't want to type certain letters but if you have anything positive to say please feel free thanks
