Help me please I weeks before I have to go to prison I haven't been on since June

Martha Stewart is OG. She most certainly did not get a light sentence, for what could be argued was a petty securities offense.

I am sure she could have got off without spending a day in prison, however she did her time. Respect..

She would've easily avoided jail time for the insider trading with a hefty fine, but she lied to the feds. That's what got her locked up.

Dead right, it's nice to read that someone knows what they talking about accidents do happen men. It's simple, I lost my best friend when we wrecked and it was Bec of bad roads and I lost control of the car! And I still did time because I lost control. Common wealth states are no joke. If u don't have money u are screwed!

How much time did you have to do? I described in this thread earlier how a neighbor of mine is going to be doing 3 months in jail for flipping his convertible over and killing is friend. He plead guilty to vehicular homicide which was a much lesser charge than what the jury indicted him on. The original indictment could have meant 5 years they say.

His lawyer was able to get the district attorney to take the plea deal. The attorney and DA are close friends, probably one of the reasons he was hired as his attorney. Politics matter. The attorney is also head of the local republican party.

I write to a guy in prison sometimes. A pen pal kinda thing but not exactly to be a pal. In fact I mostly taunt the living shit out of him. I remind him A LOT about the heinous shit he did and do my part to make him miss the things he enjoyed most on the outside like gear and the gym and freedom. All joking aside, you will be fine. Settle in, make some friends. But most importantly, don't let the time inside change you.

Don't bother with gearing up and gym before going in. That's time you could be spending with the people you care about most.

You mentioned that you tried pills (Cialis Viagra) to get it up, maybe it's time to step it up a notch.

bro you have no idea what I've been going through... I have been to the site multiple times and say a prayer to him I was screaming for him when the cops got there an ambulance got there the trying hold on I actually have PTSD and night terrors about the accident so I went to start to seeing a shrink he put me on all these types of antidepressants and if I could trade spots with the kid I wouldn't a heartbeat I really do it has been such a burden on my whole family especially my fiance because of the fact of I leave the house for a couple months after the accident a lot of things I am scared of now or have anxiety I should say very bad I don't like to drive I don't like to do some other things I basically sit at home and don't do anything up until October right after I got my sentencing date so I feel so bad because I've lost my best friend right after high school from suicide he jumped in front of a train but besides that a lot of problems that I had to overcome in this past year because financially I don't make enough money for a lawyer that wants at least 20,000 down to see my case and I told him before even cook we're going to start that I could pay him a certain amount every week before cart Court would start and he would probably have at least 15,000 before the case even started going on and then I would have went to trial but they all want money up front and then I had to deal with the public defender who was just looking to make a plea deal the whole time and I made sure because the family came in every time at the courtroom when the case was up that I had my public defender apologize and say some things on my behalf about trading places with him he had his whole life in front of him there's not a day where I don't think about that so if you think that I don't care I'm sorry that I didn't mention it before but I really do I'm a human being and being stuck in the truck next to somebody who's bleeding internally and tries to say something and blood comes out of their mouth and then takes a breath and that was it the paramedics right away just threw a blanket over them and I'm telling him to do something you got to do something and I'm screaming his name to try and keep him alert I'm full of his blood it was very traumatic and with the night terrors I wake up at least 3 times a week that used to be every night I would only get 2 hours of sleep cuz I'd be scared to go to sleep because of having the night terrors but my psychiatrist is tapering me off of the antidepressant I'm on and what other medications he has me on also... I was just wondering the main question was should I take a quick low test and proviron for a few weeks I'm not trying to build a big muscle or anything I blew up from 170 to 210 lb and it's alright in my stomach so I'd like to get back into shape big time that's why I'm joining a boxing class doing a lot of cardio changing my diet and I just really want to have sex with my fiance as much as I can before I go away that was the part that I was trying to get at since I came off I just started my PCT mid-april or beginning of April I'm sorry and took my PCT until June it was about eight weeks at their PCT 4 and I haven't been having any sex drive or anything at all I can be hard and then go limp it's very weird I've never had this problem before also I've never came off before I haven't touched any anabolics since April and have taken Cialis Viagra and still won't happen so that's why I have to wait until November to get my blood work done and see a doctor because that's what my new insurance kicks in also I was just wondering if anybody had any I suggestions or anything about what I just said since I am going away for 5 years so that's what the post was about was any what they thought about a cycle or just even a bottle of test probe and then PCT right to it and be taking proviron the whole time I don't know I'm not in an expert with anabolics I'm probably mediocre-at-best so I use talk to text so I'm sorry about my grammar and periods and everything it's just my phone doesn't want to type certain letters but if you have anything positive to say please feel free thanks

So, you might want to get your story strait before you get into jail or prison whatever. Hope it's jail. bc no one is going to respect someone who tells two different versions.

Take the money you were going to spend on gear. Go free consult with a few lawyers. Tell them you want to make a down payment and someone is going to help you continue making payments. See what they say. Explain the psychiatrist angle, you might need to show that you were truly effected and you can't get the help you need in prison.

No that's not the case what happened was I got cut off to get into the center lane when I saw a dump truck in front of me my govern wait was 15000 lb when they weighed the truck it was 14,975 lbs so no air brakes and the speed limit was 45 and i went to change lanes to get into the center lane and a little black sports car was going from lane to lane and if i didnt hit him i tried to just clip the mirrors on the dump truck i didnt have air brakes so there was no way I was going to stop and there wasn't any cameras and no witnesses bc the dump truck driver who said he saw a black car flying right before the accident and they took me for bloodwork i had i little bit of weed in there i had smoked for the first time in yrs 5 days before and they did a field sobriety test and passed blew a 0.00 I don't drink but the only reason I didn't go to trial was bc i had a public defender the prosecutor would deny anything i applied for i have no record until now i know i am supposed to be in control of my vehicle at all times... I broke the law and deserve my punishment which I came to realize.. if you have any other questions p.m. me thanks wasn't trying to risk my life for 20yrs by going to trial with a public defender that just is over worked with cases so i plead guilty doing 6 yrs nera which stands for no early release act so i have to do 85% of it which is 5.1 yrs then 3yrs of parole when i get outmm

Public defenders are not all crap specially when you get into big cities with more respected PD offices. In big cities, lawyers that work as PDs are often the most passionate about defense work. In small towns it’s usually young lawyers that can’t find legal work elsewhere.

And stop worrying about gear before turning yourself in. Don’t believe most of the rape shit you hear. It’s really not like that. Your biggest challenge is going to be boredom, specially while in jail before you get sent to your home prison. Once you are in prison try to find an easy job and just work and mind your business. You’ll be fine. Don’t go in there trying to look tough or looking scared because you’ll get targeted by someone trying to make a name (young kids specially).
