Help me understand my echo results (3 year blast)

On the opposite point, I once had what I thought was just heartburn and it turned out to be a heart attack. Crazy shit. Had that when I was doing some squats at the gym. I should have called 911 right away, but drove home while I was having a heart attack and took some baking soda when I got home. It felt exactly like heart burn and I had zero chest pains. I did have some other symptoms though like dizziness and nausea. I thought that was from squatting real hard though.

Yea true but in his case, his echocardiogram doesn't suggest a heart attack is coming anytime soon and I doubt he has significant plaque build up at 30 so don't worry him lol

Yeah, I wasn't really talking about him but rather about people in general. Good echo from what I know. His doctors said he was fine.

As far as plaque, that certainly is a risk but in cases like mine you can have a clot and no significant plaque buildup. So not the only risk.
