Your legs are looking great. Definitely keep hitting the syntherol to get your calves to catch up to your massive quads. I assume you got banned for asking for a source for tb-500 Well looking forward to more updates when you are back
If I was in your situation I wouldn't take any chances with the shoulder. I would have 2 days off then hit calves in the gym eod with increasing amounts of syntherol. Just really abuse your calves and solely concentrate on them... daily stretching, form rolling, massage etc. I think you could add 2 inches in 1 month with a more aggressive protocol. I hope your shoulder gets better soon.
