Help On Haemoglobin, Hematocrit, RBC Pre-Post Donation

First time I donated my hct was 55 exactly like yours. I waited one week and donated again. The two donations dropped me down to a 48. I started cruising right before first donation and have been able to maintain 47or 48 hct providing I donate every 90 days.

90 days usually works well unless you are on a lot of stuff/high doses that raise it up. I also noticed that once you get a high hematocrit it seems to build up even faster.

There is a thread on here somewhere with piks, this guy says he draws a liter of his blood and replaces it with a liter of saline solution, he says it instantly fixes his values. He has piks of himself drawing his blood and replacing with sterile saline solution. Quite a few piks and went into enouph detail that I think one could do it first time no problem. It's not been more than 5 weeks sence it came through on the feed but I have no idea on where to find it or the name.

This is what they do with the double platelet donation. Takes longer and can only do it every 4 months but you leave feeling great and there is a great need for it.

It was about two weeks after the 2nd donation. This was years ago so I cant remember 100%.

Problems Again

Donated today. Will check CBC again in a few days.

2 weeks after donating HCT decreased to 51.9. Was on the decreased dose of Test Enanthate (125mg/wk) since then till today. Did another blood work and problems again. HCT raised to 54.9, HB to 17.8 and RBC to 6.1,Platelet Count 1.6. Iron Levels at 64 (60-160) and Ferritin at 47 (22-322). What do you guys think I should do now? Donate again? Reduce dosage again? Or Go Off? If donating I think this is the last time I can and cannot do anytime soon again as Iron n Ferritin levels will finally be low after this donation.

Yes, but the problem with this (as it is for many) is you can deplete both iron and ferritin before H and H drops low enough. It's a catch 22 for some.

This is exactly what I am going to face if I donate now. If so, what would be the next step I could do? Anything other than going off completely?
