help on igf

I'm getting ready to start my igf. They say u need to inject it right after workout. Now my gym is 15 min away. So if I load 2 syringes with 20mcg and take with me will it be ok not refrigerated for 1 to 1.5hr during workout or not.

Yes, but a simple ice pack stuffed into anything really, along side your IGF would be preferred.

Would it be ok if i just got syringe loaded and waited till I got home. Now if so how should I store syringe loaded while at gym

If you take it 30 minutes after it will work the same.
