Hey guys... i'm starting DC training tomorrow and I'm pretty excited about it. I have searched multipe forums and read up on as much as I can(lot of into to take in). As far as the 3 exercises per bodypart goes.... anyone have a link or a list of some good exercises for each bodypart? I know the main ones... but for say... forearms... biceps.... tris... what are three exercises where you can RP, or are you supposed to straight set sometimes?
One other question that I have after thinking about it during the Easter service this morning(sorry Lord =] ) is...
With the M W F M split, say incline smith bench was my first chest exercise. If I did that on monday... then hypothetically I won't be doing that same exercise again untill monday two weeks later. So every two weeks I would want to be getting 10 lbs heavier or a few reps higher in that one exercise? Just asking because if I do like a 5 or 6 week blast cycle... that only gives me 2-3 times to increase weight on that specific exercise. I think it will work out, just wondering if i'm right on that.
I just started 1-AD today, and I'm doing a 5 week cycle, starting DC training tomorrow. My goal is to get stronger, bigger, and LEANER. I am planning on doing 45 minute low intensity cardio on tues and thurs and atleast one weekend day, is this too much? Lastly, as far as trying to stay lean... i'm going to try and cut my carbs after 6 like DC recommends. I love eating cottage cheese... natural PB... stuff like that for protein sources at night, but is that too much carbs? What is good to eat after 6 besides just shakes? I am probably about 18% (a complete guess)bodyfat, and I'm not expecting to have abs for summer I just really want to get leaner and have more visibile cuts.
SORRY for all the questions, it's just that if I'm gonna do something, I wanna do it right, especially when it comes to training. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank a lot!
