HELP PLEASE!!! Anyone have a bottle of Synthergine?!!?

I just don't have anymore on hand and I need it asap for my cat who's in real bad shape all of the sudden. If anyone has even just one bottle of it and can send it Express to me by mon., I'd greatly appreciate it!!!
Of course I'll completely compensate the individual who can do it.

Seems like she's doing better. I'm going to have to afford more labs for her anyways so there will be another, although feline, set of before and after blood work results.
