alright this is kinda more of yall i guess helpin me out to stay on track with training and keep my head up bc i feel im gettin in a slump and finding im gettin bored while im workin out...anyone else ever had this problem?....i started out with steady lifting around a year ago at 160lbs, im now 194 at 6ft tall.....i guess i jus wanna hear some stories of what size u were when u started and how long it took u to reach ur goal how hard was it and what r the main key things i should not let slip up and what do u do when u find urself gettin bored with things.....i have alot of drive and dedication so i dont see myself driftin off and not stayin on track but a little help to kinda get my ass back in the mood of wanting and waitin the whole day to get in the gym not the "bc i have to go work out mood" would be great!! thanks guys for the help....i know im one of the younger bros on here and have only been here for a few months but alot of ppl have taught me alot on this board and i dont go anywhere else for info now.....so again thanks guys for all the help
