HELP!!! PULLED SOMETHING!!!

Ok here is the deal. My workout schedule is a modified DC style and today was suppose to be chest, shoulders and tri's. I started off with incline smyth machine press. I started with my warm up sets and everything felt ok...(Slightly tight but that is nothing out of the ordinary). On about my 3rd warm up set i felt my left tricep hurt like hell and i almost didnt get the bar racked. I then stood up and tried to stretch it out and do some really light presses, but nothing helped.

So i decided to take the day off of DC and just do lighter weight and very high reps. Every pressing movement hurt my left tricep (Incline machine, flat horizontal press, flat smyth etc). But what is weird is that CGBP did not hurt it neither did tricep press downs or any other tricep movement (Only presses that were from the body outward. Dips were very painful!!!! Front raises, side lateral raises, bent over laterals all were fine. So i am hopefully ruling out a shoulder problem.

I have been blasting with DC for about 6 weeks now and my lifts and strength have increased tremendously!! This was going to be my last week of blasting and then i was going to cruise for 2 weeks, but now it looks like the cruise has started this week.

BTW the pain is in my upper, inner tricep area (Right where my inner tricep head comes into my arm pit).

probably a pull/strain. i would say take it easy on the pressing movements for a few weeks and be sure to do contrast heat-ice.
 
sounds like you need to change the plan and cruise now. you should be healed by next week and ready to blast. play it safe
