Gents,
I have being off for 2 months now, my last cycle was 10 weeks.Below is the cycle.

tren ace 300mg per week
test p 300mg per week
npp 375mg per week

I have had bloods done today and have high ferritin values, this is concerning because it could lead to liver and heart damge if the iron builds up on these organs, not forgetting the other organs.

Should I be concerned with this?

How can I lower the values, if possible.

Thank you,

Raylike.

I had high iron and ferritin.
Blood donations brought the levels back down.

Cornelius,

Thanks for the reply mate. I am off to donate some blood tomorrow. How many times did you have to donate before you noticed a change in the values?

Do you know if any supplement use could bring it down quicker.

IP6 helps stop it getting so high by blocking iron absorption but to get it back down blood donation is the way to go. Each time you give it will drop. I started a few years ago and still go a few times per year. Iron levels are normal but giving blood has numerous benefits for men.

Thanks again mate.

Ordering some IP6 now.I have read here the average blood donation period is between 54 and 56 days.

Just read that using activated charcol can help reduce ferritin levels mate. Here is a copy and paste section from the link below.

Just an update for the data pool – After giving two pints of blood and drinking activated charcoal on average of every few days for the past 2 months (some days I’d drink it some days I would not), my Ferritin level dropped to 55 from 197, so I think the activated charcoal really played a part since giving a pint of blood should only drop it about 50 points from what I understand, so if the drop were just from the pints of blood, the reading should have been around 97. Of course there could be other factors at play of which I am unaware. Serum iron level dropped to 70, though that doesn’t tell us much.

Just wanted to bump this thread in the hope of any more input with the blood results.

Too bad you didn't get too many of the important blood tests
