HELP starting to get gyno

So recently I killed my e2 from doing .5mg EOD of arimidex. I then stopped taking arimidex for a week during that week and I upped my test e from 600mg to 900mg because I'm almost done with my cycle and I was going to have a little bit left over so might as well use the rest. I also used the rest of my dbol that week 30mg for 5 days. Stupid I know. This morning I noticed a small lump behind my right nipple. It definitely was not there yesterday and it isn't fat because I'm around 8% bodyfat.

So the question is what do I do. I have Arimidex and Nolva.

You got your E2 checked?

0.5mg EOD while on 600mg Test/week will NOT crush your E2.

I'd say get on both nolva and arimidex asap. You already have the lump, that's now past any arimidex help. That's why you now need the Nolva to kill that lump and shrink it up asap. Still run the arimidex though as it will help get rid of any further estro building up. Personally i'd do this:

Nolva 20mg ed, once lump is gone take for 7 more days to be sure
Arimidex .5mg ed until PCT. If you do pct i'd run aromasin as it doesn't have an estro rebound like arimidex can have along with clomid or nolva in PCT. If you don't run PCT and just cruise then id run arimidex at .5mg eod or every 3rd day once you get to that point. Better safe than sorry and a hell of a lot cheaper than surgery bro.

Sounds like since you've already obtained the lump, you might need to use some letro to knock it down. Look up letrozole gyno treatments and tons of bros will have logs of how letro was the only thing that worked in reducing their AAS induced gyno.

You should've been tapering the test not upping it, and if you're getting gyno arimadex is no longer of any use. You need letrozole now, must be used for 2 months to achieve stable blood levels. 1 month at 2.5mg a day then slowly carefully tapered down. Then switch to arimadex or nolvadex. Due to letrozoles very high estrogen rebound effect. Also letrozole is not for off cycle, it will kill your sex drive. You should atleast run 250 tes while doing this to beat your gyno.

start Letro .5 p/d ramp up .5 p/d untill you get to 2.5. do that untill lump is gone for 1 week than ramp back down.
