I've been trying to read and do research on here (which is awesome for info), but some terms I think I understand but want some clarification as to what they really are.

Like when guys blast, or cruise (again I think I know, jus want clarification).

These are just a few. Please feel free to tell me anything else. LOL

Aka- yeah right, keep telling yourself that. Fact is, and Im sure of this, no one just does a little on their 'cruise' guys cruising on a gram because their blast is 3 grams.

I'm not that bad. Dropping to 300 test this cruise with a few peps. My blast at moment is 500 tren, 50 var, 300 test but it was a lot higher test in bulking phase. I have cruised on 500 before but need to start getting more sensible. It is easy too fall in the trap of being scared to drop too low on cruise though, you are right about that. I've learnt the hard way more is not always better but no regrets as i did learn:) im looking forward to dropping to cruise actually and hitting cardio real hard at the moment to hurry things along so I can get there. I actually enjoy the "break"

I'm thinking of front loading before My next cycle. Thoughts on that?
