Not really sure when it comes to this category. Got a guy I'm training that would like to do physique but right now he's about 220 empty @ 9% and was right above 200 @ 5%. He's currently wanting to bulk but I've noticed top level pros are under 200. Even the guys that are over 6ft are in the 190s. He's 6ft. So my question is should he continue to gain size? I think he might be too small to run in the heavy weight bodybuilding class once he leans out. I imagine he would be 205-210. I've watch a few npc shows and I've seen judges point guys for being to big and muscular or to lean. Should I tell him to shoot for bodybuilding or just do physique? I'm just confused on exactly what these judges are looking for in physique. Seems to change all the time. I personally think he still has an athletic build. Very wide and broad up top with a small waist. I'm trying to help my friend out but I don't want to put him in the wrong direction
